Shipping

 

All products in our store qualify for free Canada-wide standard shipping, unless otherwise stated in the item listing.

Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time, which may vary depending on the immediate availability of individual items.

Most products are shipped directly from our Toronto warehouse. However, some items may be shipped from our International partners, and thus may require time for processing. Items with extended order processing times will have a notice in the info section of each specific product.

If a package and/or product is found to be damaged on arrival, please notify our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Order Cancellation

For items shipped from our warehouse:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. Once shipped, with or without notice, any returns will be subject to the terms listed in the 'Returns & Refunds' section below.

For items shipped from our International partners:

Once confirmed, these orders cannot be cancelled. Any returns will be subject to the terms listed in the 'Returns & Refunds' section below.

Returns & Refunds

 

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Please obtain a Return Reference # via phone through Customer Care before returning any items.

Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, depending on the product category and/or terms of sale.  If accepted, any opened electronics are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted on the receipt or on the online item listing.

​The following items are not eligible for refund (no exceptions):

- Bluetooth Headsets and other wearable items.

- Installed Electronics, including LED Headlights, Backup Cameras, and Vehicle Underbody Lighting.

- Installed Car Audio & Video products, including aftermarket decks/receivers, speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, etc.

​- Clearance items or those marked as Final Sale (unless otherwise noted in the online item listing).​

- Special Order Items.

​Once we receive your return package, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a credit within 1-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping may be deducted from your refund. 

 

Warranty Claims

 

Many of our products carry 30-day, 90-day, 6-month or 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects - which are noted in individual item listings. This means that if such products are found to have issues that are not intended in the product design or that resulted from a flaw in production, they qualify for no-charge product repairs and/or replacement ͯ  within the allotted time frame. To open a claim, please contact Customer Care.

For Car Audio & Video products, please refer to individual manufacturer warranty as listed on their respective websites. We do not process warranty claims on these items. One of our agents will be happy to assist in providing manufacturer contact info if needed.

Once a warranty claim has been opened, a Customer Care Representative will arrange for an inspection and any necessary repairs. Shipping to and from repair facilities are the responsibility of the buyer. Once inspected, a written description will be sent via e-mail as an update of the necessary repairs. If any claim is found not to be a result of a manufacturer defect, a diagnostic fee may apply. Once defective repairs have been completed, a Customer Care Representative will contact you to arrange for return shipping or pick-up.

 

 

  If a defective product is found to be irreparable, it will qualify for a no-charge, one-time replacement under warranty..
